Mrs. Chiappetta earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College in 1996 and her Master degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy from Walden University in 2011. She also earned a Gifted Endorsement in 2018 and a Teacher Support and Coaching Endorsement in 2024.

She has taught Pre-k, K, 1st, and 3rd grades and this will be her 29th year as a teacher. This is her third year at Shirley Hills.

My husband, John, and I have two grown sons, Jonathan who works in Byron and Hunter, who attends  Gordon State College and is on the baseball team. I enjoy watching baseball, GA football, the beach, and crafting with my Cricut.
