I have a Specialist degree in Elementary Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. I attended Middle Georgia State University (Macon State at the time) for my undergraduate degree. This is my 8th year teaching at Shirley Hills Elementary. I have taught first grade for 6 out of my 7 years here. Firsties are my favorite! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time focused on health and fitness. You can find me at CrossFit after work most nights. I also enjoy coffee any time of the day!
